The Office always thrived on awkward moments. This one with Toby and Pam made me cringe more than any other, but you have to love the reactions of Jim and Andy and how Toby just knows that he's terrible right then.

    Love how freaked out he makes himself. So much so that he just leaves for Costa Rica! Poor Toby!
