Yvette Nicole Brown Leaves Community

Unfortunately, it's true. Yvette Nicole Brown will not be returning for the sixth season of Community. Chevy Chase departed because of a whole fiasco, Donald Glover wanted to focus on his rap career, and now, Yvette said she needs the extra time to take care of her terminally-ill father. It's really sad. Obviously, she was awesome on the show and Shirley was a great character. Plus, Yvette is such a big fan and supporter of the show (she even went to CommuniCon after it was announced that she would leave) so it's really sad that she had to leave. But, I think she would be up for a cameo here and there. Hopefully her character is given a proper send-off! Thank you, Yvette.
