Your support has meant the world today. And listen: I totally understand why people tell me about challenges! I did 59 of them for Pete's sake! And I know that doing those wonderful, crazy things was how I got to live the life of my of my dreams and make headway in this industry. Moreover, I know this above all: I OWE ALL MY SUCCESS TO MY FANS. I swear, from the bottom of my (healthy) heart that is the honest truth. I urge you all to take that into consideration before you view anything I say or write as derogatory. I was shocked by the vitriol I saw today as the result of saying I did not want to eat something. Perhaps I have a crap way of articulating things - in this case saying that I was aware of the challenge & one neednt waste time re-informing me of it seeing as how I wasnt going to be attempting it - and if that's the case, I pledge to you all I shall be more vigilant about this, and will watch my phrasing more closely!

I was raised better than to reject or insult anyone's culture, cuisine or beliefs because they are different from my own.

One fact remains: I am out of the food challenge game & while I love how that phenomenon has caught hold worldwide, and love hearing about your culinary conquests - I have "hung up my competitive fork" so to speak. I now seek to explore, to learn and to share what I've learned about food, places, people and travel itself & make that information enjoyable and accessible to everyone.

Entertaining people, making people smile, and making my Mom proud of me have truly been my sole motivations. I assure you all - the programming that I have coming out in the US & abroad in 2012, will be nothing short of awesome & informative. I Promise. Pinky swear.

I had pondered about many 'Office' scenarios. A big-screen movie? A Steve Carrel cameo? How about this one? A spin-off. With who? None other than Dwight K. Schrute. Mother: Hedda. Cousin: Moze. NBC is developing the Dwight-like comedy for launch in 2013. It would find Dwight moving in back at the beet farm/bed and breakfast. My dad said that they're probably taking the Cheers-route, developing a spin-off as their series comes to a close. That's too bad. Hopefully that when the Office ends, there will be a fitting ending. At least we still have Dwight to look forward to after!

I've never really enjoyed Hostess products, but still, it is sad to see another company on it's way out. Kodak hits close to home. I've been collecting pamphlets for a while. A majority of these are Disney World/Disneyland pamphlets. Kodak sponsors those pamphlets. They make them. That's not good if the pamphlets are gone. Friendly's is an awesome restaurant. They have the Fribble, Cotton Candy drink, Munchie Mania. Awesome products, but they're faltering. Six Flags has been able to pull themselves out and now they're extremely successful and awesome. What do these four companies have in common? They all have filed for bankruptcy, either now, or before. I hope they all pull through.

One person has completed it before. This monster breakfast challenge could give Adam Richman a run for his money. The colossal platter weighs in at 5 pounds. The average human stomach can hold 2 pounds. Then again, Adam Richman is not the average human. The challenge consists of a 17 inch pancake that is 1/2 inch thick. Along with 12 eggs, 12 strips of bacon, 8 sausage links, and 2 cups of 1/4 gallon of chocolate milk. Oh, and syrup too! Sounds good if there was less. I couldn't even finish a 13 inch pancake.

I have watched the final episode of One Life To Live. Like I said I have not been watching for a while. Only since June. It is sad to see it go, though. I enjoyed it and it was intriguing with strange characters. Like Vimal or David Vickers. I admit it. I was hooked. It was something to look forward to. How the stories would be told. Whether it was evil twins, switched paternity tests, menacing stares, love interests, heart transplants, two Ls, or even that magical road, it was a brilliant television program and did not deserve to conclude. It's weird for me to think. There's no more Vimal. No more David Vickers. No more Pa. No more Brody. No more Natalie. No more Nigel. No more 'Morasco'. No more Roxy. No more Viki. No more Todd. No more amazing casting director (Bo and Clint, Ford brothers) No more, yes, Sam. I'll admit it. I'll admit it. Surprising at is, it's true. No more Ford. No more anybody ranging from any point in the show. An eclectic group would be an understatement. Like Alison said 'things are rarely as they seem.' That's an understatement with this show. Sadly, no more. *Expression-less stare, hair flip, raspy voice* McBain. To be honest, I wished I watched it longer. But all good things must come to an end, right Brett Favre? But the post must go on.

*SPOILER* You've been warned. If you've yet to see it, do not read. *SPOILER*

There were happy endings all around. (Except for Ford.) Jessica turned out to be Clint's daughter and not Mitch Lawrence's. Tea and TOEmasssssss were reunited. McBain. Destiny gave birth to little Drew (not David.) And Matthew was there to please the Buchanans. McBain. Bo and Nora were happy. Clint proposed to Viki. McBain. Starr and Cole were reunited in California along with Markko? Maybe? McBain. Todd and Blair performed, how should I put this...sexual activities. They were interrupted by McBain. Who arrested Todd for the arrest of Victor Lord Jr, who people just kind of accepted as his name (not Jack.) But PLOT TWIST. McBain. We cut to the episode's narrator (not Matthew on Thanksgiving.) McBain. Alison who is reading the script of the last episode, starting with Viki's long name. Who even knows, something like Buchanan Manning Ford Cramer Balsom McBain Lord or something or other. She says the understatement of the year, regarding One Life To Live. McBain.

"Things are rarely as they seem."

She throws the script at a tied-to-the-bed Todd Manning. I mean Victor. Victor Lord Jr. That's how the series ends. HUBBA-WAH?! But like someone on Twitter said. How did Alison get Victor if we watched him die and she was in jail? I guess we'll never know. McBain.

But things are rarely as they seem. Fans of OLTL have more luck than All My Children. Todd, Blair, Starr, and John McBain are heading to General Hospital. Perhaps, it will be resolved there, with the new writers and all. McBain.

Well, I guess that's it. Goodbye One Life To Live. I hardly knew ye, but ye was well done.

You remember that lesser-known section of the Magic Kingdom, right? Tom Sawyer Island. Liberty Square Riverboat. Of course you do. Well, better get to them quick, because they're closing soon. They were classics, but never really visited, Disney World will be changing them along with the Fantasyland expansion. The replacement for the island has not been released yet, but the riverboat's replacement will be a raft-type ride like Grizzly River Run, Popeye and Bluto's Bildge Rat Barges, or Kali River Rapids. Looks to be pretty fun. Wet. But fun.

Of course the universe has been around longer, but the company is having a bash! There will be special merchandise and shows in Universal parks along with the new logo that will premiere before the Lorax. I may prefer Disney, Happy Madison, and a few others, but you're still good. Happy Birthday to the company that produced Jaws, ET, Schindler's List, and many, many more!

Not only did Tebow set many debut/overtime/playoff records in his game yesterday, but he set a Twitter record with 9,420 tweets, PER SECOND. Shattering Beyonce's record. That's impressive.

Also. After the win yesterday, the Broncos awarded Tebow with a $250,000 bonus. Keep Calm and Tim Tebow.

The day I went to Six Flags.

This is the final day of my countdown and let me just say that it was EXTREMELY fun, reminiscing about all the good memories in 2011. Let's get crackin' in August. We picked up my friend Alex early in the morning and headed out to Six Flags. When, we got there, we split up. One of the first rides we went on was Bizarro. There was NO line at all. It was awesome and rare and amazing and unbelievable. We ended up going on it four times. We also went on Batman and Flashback three times and the Mind Eraser twice. Later on we went to the water park and went on some slides and the little bridge crosser thing. A really fun day. Alex won a Superman ball. Many inside jokes were developed, but they're unnecessary to describe. That was fun! I LOVED 2011!!

I have not really been updating you on the status of my leg. I should have. It's doing good now. I'm in a brace and can put some pressure on it. Doing physical therapy for about six weeks. If I ever break something again, I'll update you frequently, possibly weekly.

The day I saw The Muppets.

Obviously, I knew this would be a great day. It was a half day in school. I got my haircut and then went to the doctor's. My dad and I were listening to Muppet Radio on the way. They gave me a new BELOW THE KNEE cast. It was cool, then we went to Shaw's. Later on in the day, my mom said that we are going to see the new MUPPET MOVIE! Yayy! On the way, we listened to Muppet Radio which was good. They played Life's A Happy Song like 5 times. We went inside the theater and it was huge. The Muppets came on and I enjoyed the godlike film. What a fun day!

The day I saw Grown Ups, again.

It was Friday, so good, naturally, but then I went over Alex's house on the bus. We played indoor basketball as we waited for Harry. Finally, he came and we played the NBA video game and played basketball upstairs. Then, we took apple juice shots which was amazing because apple juice is awesome. Then we played basketball outside at night. I tried to shoot a three, but it missed the hoop and went into the snow. Alex trudged through the snow to get it. His brother shot at him with a BB gun. He got the basketball and was given an electric blanket inside. We watched Grown Ups and laughed and slept over. Awesome day.
