The Year in Review

Just as a quick heads up, this won't include sports. That gets it's own post. For now here is a quick, or lengthy by this blog's standards, year in review:

The TODAY show had a quiz to see if you could recall who said what over the course of the year. I scored a 93! You can check it here.

Paste Magazine had a list of the 75 Best Twitter Accounts of the Year. Glad to see Ken Jennings and few others that I follow up there! See who made the cut at the website.

Both IMDB and Entertainment Weekly sang high praises for Breaking Bad and Lincoln. You can check out IMDB's top ten lists, including the movies, stars, television shows, emerging stars, box office films, news stories, reasons why they loved television, the in memoriam, and the opinions of others at the IMDB Year in Review! Their annual best and worst was quite dandy this year. So many lists, including quotes. Hard to show them all, but go to the EW Year in Review to see them! Or read their issue with this cover:

Of course, we cannot forget the music. Give another listen to DJ Earworm's 2012 mashup:

How about seeing a mashup of the every single movie released in America in 2012? You can find that right hither:

You can also watch the other annual montages, including:

And, aw heck, I'll give you a sports montage:

Now, talk about a year! Wow!

2012 Fantasy Football League Champion is Yours Truly

That's right! I went all the way, trouncing my opponent in the Super Bowl, 270-206, behind 68 from Tom Brady and SEVENTY-FIVE from Alfred Morris! My season record was 13-4! Here is the team that led me to glory:

QB - Tom Brady - New England - 1207 total points
QB - Matthew Stafford - Detroit - 1148 total points
RB - Frank Gore - San Francisco - 366 total points
RB - Alfred Morris - Washington - 441 total points
RB - Trent Richardson - Cleveland - 359 total points
RB - Ahmad Bradshaw - New York - 290 total points
WR - AJ Green - Cincinnati - 295 total points
WR - Jordy Nelson - Green Bay - 166 total points
WR - Demaryius Thomas - Denver - 279 total points
WR - Eric Decker - Denver - 256 total points
WR - Randall Cobb - Green Bay - 362 total points
WR - Justin Blackmon - Jacksonville - 177 total points

K - Matt Bryant - 124 total points

Couldn't have done it without them!

Disney Infinity?

A new game which will actually be for most major consoles, along with Android (that'll be simpler!) combines each Pixar character. It looks quite interesting just from that photo! Check it!

Charlie the Unicorn 4

It's been three years since one of my favorite Youtube video series' was last on Youtube. I strongly welcome it back. An ode to starfish, I thought they were done with, but nope, not quite:

Silent Night

My high school's basketball team fans did not cheer in a December 20 game until the tenth point was scored. Pretty cool:

Rootin' Tootin' Grammity Pat

Last Christmas, I accidentally said Grammity Pat instead of Grammy Pat. Laughter ensued, especially with my uncle who added Rootin' Tootin' to the slip-up and also, Yoda riding a donkey. So, for Christmas this year, I had him in our family's grab. Naturally, I created this. I also gave him some other gifts, one of which he claimed was the best gift he had ever received until the Rootin' Tootin' Grammity Pat. Noice!
