New Photos from The Avengers: Age of Ultron

Entertainment Weekly has published nine new photos from the set of The Avengers: Age of Ultron. These are all official photographs and I was happy to see Mark Ruffalo with Robert Downey Jr. again. Hulk and Iron Man are easily the two best in the movie. To see more photos, click here.

Marvel Release Dates

Welcome to the era of dates, dates, and more dates. Instead of Marvel telling us what their next seven films will be, they simply told us the release dates of these movies. Up to 2019, we have The Avengers: Age of Ultron, Ant-Man, and Captain America 3. Presumably the other seven might feature another Thor, another Guardians of the Galaxy, perhaps a stand-alone Hulk film, maybe another Iron Man, and who really knows, really? Maine Vacation of 2014

As you know, back in July, my family and I went on vacation to Maine and I just wanted to make sure everyone knew it was quite the quality trip. I've talked about vacations before on here, so I figured I'd keep with tradition. Lots of fun moments and I always enjoy walking the length of Long Sands Beach with my iPod. Some good laughs with family, as well. The Weathervane and the Goldenrod come to mind.

SNL Firings

These are good moves. You always hate to see members of Saturday Night Live go, but this had to be done. Featured players Noel Wells, Brooks Wheelan, and John Milhiser have all been let go from the show. Out of all these, Brooks was arguably the funniest, but even then he didn't have much to do. In most of the sketches Brooks just played himself. As for Noel and John, I rarely saw them at all. When I did see John, though, he wasn't very funny. Nasim Pedrad, on the other hand, is leaving the show FOX's Mulaney. I think with these four leaving the show and no more being added, SNL can start to come to the end of their rebuilding phase. Now, obviously, Kenan is leading the show, but we can also focus on the strengths of more than just Taran and Kate McKinnon. We'll have Cecily and Colin at the Weekend Update desk, as well. Last year, the cast was just very cluttered with seven featured players. Now, it's much calmer. But also good to see Beck and Kyle stay on as they were good. Farewell, our fallen SNL members.
