100 Greatest People 2014: 94-91

94. Perry Cox

One of my favorite characters to ever grace our television screens. He was J.D.'s reluctant mentor at Sacred Heart on the eight-year comedy, Scrubs. Although he was an arrogant, pessimistic jackass, this was not all Dr. Cox was as a character. He cared more than any doctor, even if he hated to show it. Also, not quite in touch with his feelings, he verbally abused those around him before eventually growing closer to them. I'll never forget the raw emotion of this scene. I love Dr. Cox.

93. Stephen Curry

Curry is my all-time favorite college basketball player. Hell, he's what sparked my interest in the sport, in general. His three-point shooting prowess and underdog tenacity resonated with me and they always will. His 2008 NCAA tournament run will not soon be forgotten.

 92. Milan Lucic

And here is my favorite hockey player! Lucic has become a perennial star in the NHL en route to leading the Boston Bruins to multiple, consecutive, deep playoff runs. His intensity and grit is unmatched in every game the Bruins play. Milan Lucic is the true, model hockey player.

91. Taran Killam

Taran is one of Saturday Night Live's best current cast members. He is such a good actor with great comedic timing. Plus, he's really down to Earth. Some of his characters have become a thrill whenever I see them pop up. Specifically, Jebediah Atkinson and Paul Ryan. He also has his own comic book series, The Illegitimates. Besides SNL, Taran has had recurring roles on both Scrubs and How I Met Your Mother. This clip will provide you with everything you need to know about Taran. For now.

  1. Another interesting four. Not sure about Killam or the athletes, but Dr. Cox is cool. An acquired taste, for sure.
