I picked Brad Pitt's MoneyBall Cover for the Cover of the Month. Maybe Justin Verlander's was cool, but Pitt's was the only single cover of September. Every week, but Pitt's had multiple covers. Didn't it use to mean something to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated? I don't even know anymore. This week they have Tim Thomas, Detroit Lions (both pretty cool), and Alabama (blech.) It doesn't have the same feeling. I hope they go back to the old format.

September's Sports Illustrated Cover of the Month
I picked Brad Pitt's MoneyBall Cover for the Cover of the Month. Maybe Justin Verlander's was cool, but Pitt's was the only single cover of September. Every week, but Pitt's had multiple covers.
