The best holiday episode of Friends and the twentieth episode on this countdown is The One with the Holiday Armadillo. The episode features story lines that are lined up to merely pale in comparison to the greatness that ensues once Ross obtains an armadillo costume rather than a Santa Claus one. (This, after he talks to the costume shop employee who asks Ross, "Hey! You here to return those pants?" Everything that takes place (especially Chandler's baffled confusion) is complete gold and complete justification for its place on the list. I adore this.
