Consolation Tournament Changes

I mentioned earlier that the 8 teams that lose in the Sweet 16 of the DFTBA Tournament will play in a consolation tournament and that will determine one of the number one seeds for next year. I have changed this so that after the Sweet 16 of DFTBA, is when it will be played, the teams eligible are the teams that lose in the First Round, Round of 32, and Sweet 16. Elite 8 and Final Four teams are not eligible. I will be picking the 8 teams, rather than it being the 8 that lose in the Sweet 16. Just some changes.
