Matt Lauer Acknowledges Ryan Seacrest

On the TODAY Show on Friday, they were listing off former anchors who were there. Lauer added "Ryan Seacrest..." to the list. According to this site, Seacrest has barely talked to Today, but might be open for a few appearances at 9 o'clock. Lauer's contract still has plenty of time on it, so Lauer has disregarded it for now. Hurrah!
