Steve Carrel Returns! Maybe?

I am very much looking forward to a possible, brief, Michael Scott return? Whether it be over the phone or video chat, but this will have to do for now. NBC claims that it is not Carrel/Scott, but it's gotta be. Look close it looks like Mike in a beard. In the episode 'Trivia', there was a group called the Queerenstien Bears and that was one of the members. It's gotta be.
