Ha! I told you Forrest Gump wasn't the highest ranking Tom Hanks character! Suck it! Sorry. Anyway, Woody is a deep character for a cowboy toy. He is the leader turned co-leader of the group of toys and Andy's favorite (except for that one period in the first Toy Story film). He cares about his friends so much and Woody has one of the biggest hearts in the history of movie characters. Woody is quite deserving of this spot. You're my favorite deputy.
