From the greatest film ever made comes the second-greatest character in the history of movies. George Bailey. Jimmy Stewart put everything into his role and he made it iconic. George cared more about everyone else than himself. He was ambitious, but selfless and we rooted for him despite his fatal flaw. If no man is a failure who has friends, then George Bailey is far from a failure. He's the direct opposite of a failure. He has a wonderful life. No doubt about it.
Classic. He is just such a great, great character played so well.
