The Lighter Side of Halloween

Boris Karloff. Bela Lugosi. Jason Vorhees. Classic Halloween names.
Every year people enjoy blood, guts, haunted houses, Frankenstein, Jason, Dracula, Michael Meyers, death, horror, zombies, mummies, and ghosts. That's all fine and good but I enjoy the happiness of Halloween like Boo Berry and Halloween Outlet and The Count and Bizarro. Or everything from Spongebob to Sing~A~Long~Songs. Or even Smurfs and Shrek. No matter how you like to celebrate Halloween whether it be by TV shows like Bookface. Or songs like the Monster Mash or videos like Ichabod Crane. You might lake mazes or jack-o-lanterns. Or going to a Not So Scary Halloween Party. You could enjoy the works of Rob Zombie or Hitchcock. Or just plain Freddy v. Jason. You might like trick or treating and dressing up and getting stuff like Sour Patch Kids and Crunch. You could like to have one eye or a horn. Or maybe purple's your favorite color. Maybe I don't know you like to eat people. You might just be the ghost in Three Men and a Baby. You could be petrified of Sleestak but have a pet lizard at home. You might even like classic characters in classic specials such as Scooby Doo and the Berenstain Bears. Whatever floats your boat come with me and I can show you my side of Halloween, the lighter side. But don't worry I'm only helping you.

A classic Halloween favorite: It's The Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown
Casper is a 1995 film starring Bill Pullman. It is based on Casper the Friendly Ghost cartoons.
In 2006 Chad Johnson posed for Sports Illustrated for a Halloween cover.
Over at the Haunted Mansion in Florida they have tombstones of some of the 999 happy haunts. This one is Dave. It reads: Dear Departed Brother Dave He Chased A Bear Into A Cave.
In October 2008, Kyle Busch raced in a M&M Halloween car due to his sponsor being M&Ms.

Some corny Halloween jokes:
