Had the book been written five years later, I bet they'd be singing a different tune. Bernard Pollard once said that he was "going to kill the next quarterback" he faced. This coming after his devastating, season-ending injury on Tom Brady's knee in 2009. He's the definition of a Patriot killer. Screw the British in 1776, Pollard sucks. In addition to this, he knocked Wes Welker out of the game right before the 2010 playoffs, ending his season and then he went on to hurt Rob Gronkowski in the 2012 AFC Championship game. What the hell? If Gronk was healthy, he would have caught that Hail Mary. The blame's on Bernard for taking away what would have been the greatest play in Super Bowl history. I hate him.
