Every Word
Back in 2007, somebody created a Twitter account with the goal of tweeting every word in the English language. Every fifteen minutes, a word would be tweeted. Over seven years, the account went from A to Z and it has finally completed. Technically, this wasn't the last tweet because they did French words after, but it is the true, final tweet.
Pretty cool to see a long-term task like that completed on Twitter. Here's the first tweet.
