One of the greatest traditions on the blog has come to an end. The 100 Greatest People list spanned the entirety of July this time and it was fun, hopefully for everyone! The list by the numbers: Thirty-three of the people on this list are comedians. Twenty-four are fictional characters. Eleven are athletes. Eleven are entertainment personalities. Six are actors. Six are musicians. Six are writers. Three are iconic figures.

Also worth noting is this. With the twenty-four fictional characters subtracted (making the new total at seventy-six), only six of the seventy-six are dead. Stay alive, you remaining seventy!
