100 Favorite Movies: 22

This is undoubtedly the most underrated Pixar movie. It is critically acclaimed and it grossed over six hundred million dollars at the box office and it won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature, but no matter! People rarely bring it up when discussing the best Pixar movie. It's always either The Incredibles, Up, Wall-E, or Toy Story 3. And don't get me wrong, all of those are great and I think Toy Story 3 might be my favorite Pixar movie, but how is Ratatouille not in that discussion? It's so smart and mature and cultured. It has one of the best endings to any movie ever and even boasts the now iconic quote, "Not everyone can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere." Amazing movie.

Animated comedy directed by Brad Bird and written by Brad Bird in 2007.

Starring: Patton Oswalt, Lou Romano, Janeane Garofalo, Ian Holm, Brian Dennehy, Peter O'Toole, Brad Garrett, Peter Sohn, Will Arnett, and John Ratzenberger.

Tune in tomorrow for number twenty-one!
