Yahoo Movie News gave Zookeeper a "two opposable thumbs down." They gave Paul Blart a bad review as well. And the same with Grown Ups. The same with Happy Gilmore and Click and countless other Sandler or Kevin James movies. But they're not bad. They're just funny. They're made to entertain not to be an Oscar winning movie. I don't get why the Academy hasn't made a Best Comedy, Best Drama, Best Sci-Fi, Best Action, etc. Then, the Best Picture. These movies are just here for your entertainment. Just because it doesn't make you cry, keep you on the edge of the seat, or nominate it for Best Movie Ever doesn't mean it's not good. They just wanna make you laugh. The public agrees! Here are the Rotten Tomatoes statistics:
Happy Gilmore: Media Gave It 59/100 %. Public gave it 83/100 %.
Click: Media gave it 33/100 %. Public gave it 72/100 %.
Paul Blart: Mall Cop: Media gave it 33/100 %. Public gave it 50/100 %.
Grown Ups: Media gave it 10/100 %. Public gave it 59/100 %.
Zookeeper: Media gave it 16/100 %. Public gave it 58/100%.
