Spader In. Tate Out?

James Spader has been hired on as the new CEO of Dunder Mifflin replacing Kathy Bates. My dad said that he read something that now that Spader is CEO, someone from within may be the new boss. So not Catherine Tate? Yahtzee! Hopefully it's Dwight, Andy, or Darryl.
