There's been no shortage of Jack and the Beanstalk films lately. Add this one to the slate. Disney showed some artwork at the 2013 D23 Expo from a possible upcoming film that is very early in the process. It's so early in the process that it's not even guaranteed to come to fruition. So early that only one piece of artwork was provided and the only detail is that the main characters would be a family of giants. Supposedly, it'd be filmed in the same style as Tangled. I would say it has potential.
They are going to run out of fairy tales to make movies from.
