An amazing shortened Bruins season which featured an exhilarating win over the Maple Leafs with the huge comeback and then defeats to the Rangers and Penguins came to a close when they heartbreakingly lost to the Blackhawks in six games. It was upsetting and it was also upsetting to see Horton, Seguin, Peverley and Ference all depart after the series. Let's not focus on that, though. Next season! It was a great run. Let's focus on the amazing play of Tuukka Rask and the courage from Patrice Bergeron.
We know that Gregory Campbell was awesome to play for a whole minute with a broken leg, but Bergeron is awesome to. He went to the hospital in Game 5, but valiantly returned in Game 6 despite a punctured lung, torn cartilage and a cracked rib. Hockey players are tough. They've got hearts of lions!
