The book says that his incredible, photo-captured, masterpiece in the postseason was just a goal. Take away the dive and it was an average goal. They chose a twisty, flashy one during the regular season versus Atlanta. I'm staying with the diving goal, because it was in the postseason! The implications were huge! He had just won the game for them! It was an impressive goal, too, I don't know why they're knocking it. And that dive is just spectacular, forever etched into Boston sports lore and forever hooked on Boston sports bar walls.
