The Miracle on Ice was great and most of the players were from Boston, but I don't know if I consider it to be a Boston sports moment. I still think that I would have picked the Red Sox winning the 2004 World Series over it, anyhow. There was nothing sweeter than vanquishing the hated Yankees after being down 3-0 and then going on to sweep the National League foe Cardinals in the World Series and ending 86 years of hurt. Every single moment and every single aspect of this was great. There were lots of great moments in Boston sports history and it's a very open-ended question. Three Super Bowls, seventeen NBA championships, six Stanley Cups, seven World Series wins. Countless amazing games and players and moments, but you really have to go with '04!
