I struggled tirelessly with where to put this one because it's just so good. Toy Story, the very first Pixar film and one of its very best, is a classic. Any time I watch it, I just get slammed with all the nostalgia held in the world. Every part of it is amazing. It's got such great humor, a surprisingly invigorating plot, an amazing soundtrack, and unparalleled characterization. It's the first one in the greatest cinematic trilogy the world has ever known. And it is a great way to kick off the top thirty.
Animated comedy directed by John Lasseter and written by Joss Whedon, Andrew Stanton, Joel Coen, and Alec Sokolow in 1995.
Starring: Tom Hanks, Tim Allen, Don Rickles, Jim Varney, Wallace Shawn, John Ratzenberger, Annie Potts, and John Morris.
Tune in tomorrow for number twenty-nine!
