- Awake was cancelled
- Smash was pushed to midseason
- The Voice will premier in the fall
- Grimm will be back on Fridays
- Rock Center with Brian Williams will return
- Law & Order: SVU will come back for Tuesdays
- Whitney has been moved to 8:00 on Fridays
- Up All Night will show at 8:30 on Thursdays
- Dateline NBC will be on 10PM on Fridays
On shows I haven't had the chance to watch yet, because they're new:
- JJ Abrams' 'Revolution' will premiere on 10PM on Mondays
- Go On, with Matthew Perry, will start an hour comedy block on Tuesday, followed by The New Normal
- Animal Practice and Guys with Kids will be on from 8-9 on Wednesdays
- Chicago Fire: 10PM on Wednesdays
On shows I do watch:
- Parenthood was renewed for Season Four
- 30 Rock's final 13-episode season will be at 8:00 on Thursdays
- The Office's likely last season will be at 9:00 on Thursdays
- Parks and Recreation will return for Thursdays at 9:30
- Sunday will feature football once again
- Community has been moved to 8:30 on Fridays
Here's the over/under, negative/positive on Community:
Negative:
Friday night is a 'death slot.' Remember last year? Chuck was renewed for 13 episodes at a 8:00 time slot on Fridays. Chuck ended in January. This makes me nervous for Community. Neither Dan Harmon nor Chevy Chase have been confirmed for Season 4.
Positive:
The NBC boss said that in no way do they want to cancel Community. Instead he said that they want to create a new block because Grimm was a breakout hit on Fridays and Community will lead it in. Community fans will follow the show wherever it goes.
We can only hope for
Six seasons and a movie.
Some good changes, I think. And be positive about Community! Maybe it'll be the resurgence of Friday night TV! I used to watch Dukes of Hazzard at 8 on Friday night for years!
