100 Favorite Movies: 87

The quintessential Alfred Hitchcock movie. Suspenseful, riveting, innovative, James Stewart. This movie has been parodied time and again (ahem, Castle), but every single representation only evokes the same feeling of amazement that this movie provides. A true masterpiece of its time and in future cinematic relations.

Suspense mystery directed by Alfred Hitchcock and written by John Michael Hayes in 1954.

Starring: James Stewart, Grace Kelly, Wendell Corey, Thelma Ritter, Raymond Burr, and Judith Evelyn.

Tune in tomorrow for number eighty-six!
