Cindy Lou Who is the representation of the Christmas spirit among the Whos in the story of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. She enters the living room when the Grinch is stuffing the Christmas tree up the chimney and she asks why he's doing such a thing. After explaining it to her, she ingenuously accepts that to be the truth and goes back to bed with a glass of water. But she really helps the Grinch's heart warm ever so slightly. What a great part of the special she is.
She is the epitome of innocence!
