Ben Wyatt is one of the greatest character additions to any shows that was fairly well into its tenure at the time of casting. He's not the greatest. I mean, after all, there's another one from Parks and Recreation who meets the same criteria and who you'll be seeing later in the list. But still, Ben Wyatt is one of the all-time greats in this regard. And, as evidenced by the title, one of the all-time fifty-one greats overall. I just love Ben for how completely comfortable with himself he is, how kind and compassionate and unbelievably intelligent he is. Adam Scott exudes charisma and this finds its way to pervading Ben's unabashedly nerdy persona, as well. It's hard to pick a favorite character from Parks and Rec, but Ben Wyatt is always in the conversation.
