Advice for Stephen Colbert

Before Stephen Colbert debuted his version of CBS's The Late Show (aptly titled The Late Show with Stephen Colbert), Vanity Fair gathered a whole bunch of late night hosts to give him advice. Seth Meyers, Jimmy Kimmel, Conan O'Brien, James Corden, John Oliver, Larry Wilmore, and Trevor Noah all assembled to give short little soundbites of encouragement for Colbert. You may notice that Jimmy Fallon was not in the video. That's okay. He showed his support by being a part of the very first episode, reciprocating what Colbert did for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. They're friendship goals.
