100 Greatest People 2014: 100-98

Let the world's greatest annual list begin!
100. John McBain

He's dropped down the list, sure, but he's still here, isn't he? McBain was the badass cop from One Life to Live that was so cheesy it was almost satirical. He made me laugh when he tried to be serious and he became an icon of sorts. Now, McBain is on General Hospital or whatever's going on with the contracts, but the question will always linger. Does McBain live? Also, this:

99. Michael Phelps

He delivered one of the most awe-inspiring performances in the history of sports and immediately became one of my all-time favorite athletes. At the 2012 London Olympics, he went out on top of the sports world with the most all-around and gold medals in the history of the Olympics. It wouldn't be a Top 100 list without the great Michael Phelps.

98. Gavin Free

Easily the most "last minute" addition to this list is Gavin Free. He is Australian or British or something. I think British. He is easily the funniest member of the Let's Play (Rooster Teeth) crew. The videos they post on YouTube are quite mindless, but I enjoy them. And he is excellent comic relief.

Tune in tomorrow for numbers 97-95! What do you think of the first three? Who do you think will be here tomorrow?

  1. Interesting start. If you were looking for someone to bump, it should have been McBain. He hasn't been around in over a year!
