There was nearly an episode of Seinfeld with Elaine sporting a fanny pack. Writer Carol Leifer told Reddit she once pitched an idea for an episode with Elaine wearing a fanny pack, but she gets mistaken for being pregnant. She apparently would have started to abuse her new power through misleading others. It certainly sounds like a Seinfeld episode and it's interesting to hear from the writer who came up with the idea that never was.
I can very easily see that as an episode.
